Edit
You get a new sequence with every clip in place. Anything it can't match goes to a separate Review sequence — nothing is guessed silently.

Questions
Which Premiere Pro versions are supported?
Adobe Premiere Pro 26.0 or later on 64-bit Windows.
Is there a Mac version?
Not yet — macOS support is in progress.
Do I need an account?
No. The trial starts the first time you open Tracklign. After subscribing you get a licence key — paste it into Settings › Licence.
Is my footage uploaded anywhere?
No. All audio analysis happens on your computer. Only the licence check talks to our server, and it never sends media.
Do I need the internet?
Only to activate and to confirm the licence every few days. Without a connection Tracklign keeps working for up to 14 days.
How many computers can I use?
One subscription works on 2 computers. To move to a new one, click Deactivate in Settings › Licence on the old computer.
What if a file can't be synced?
It goes to a separate Review sequence. If you prefer, Tracklign can place it approximately by its recording time and mark it to check.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime: Settings › Licence › Manage subscription. Your licence keeps working until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
If Tracklign doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment. See the refund policy.
