Refunds

If Tracklign doesn't work for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. Write to [email protected] or reply to your Paddle receipt; refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method.

Renewals

You can cancel anytime so the next renewal is not charged; your licence stays active until the end of the paid period. If a renewal was charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days of that charge.

Consumers in the EU and UK

You keep any rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Once you start using the paid licence you request immediate supply of digital content, which may limit the statutory withdrawal right; the 14-day refund above applies regardless.
